Class activities include awareness exercises, gentle hands-on feedback from the teachers, basic body-mapping, and practicing the coordination of your mind and body in theater exercises.
The course content will focus on these four topics: The Actor's Body in Motion, The Actor's Breathing, The Actor's Presence, Ease of Being for Creativity.
Tuesdays 11AM - 12:40PM
A psychophysical practice for body, breath and imagination! Using her unique integration of Alexander Technique, theatre, mask and movement training, including Margolis Method, Belinda will lead you through a series of exercises to help you shed your habits, deepen your emotional connection and fine-tune your specificity as an actor. This work is both foundational and expansive.

Build your skills and confidence in teaching AT in groups. It's fun, it's effective and can expand your career options. Seminar content will include clear guide-posts, examples of curricula to support you in building your own style of teaching. Experience new activities for group and partner learning in Lab meetings.
