LIVELY & EMBODIED LEARNING
Teaching the Alexander Technique in Groups
Why do I believe that teaching Alexander Technique in a group format is so important for AT teachers?
- The challenge to be clear and practical.
- The introduction of AT through a sense of self-responsibility and awaked curiosity,
- The acceleration of learning and the depth of learning is fostered through partnering and group experiences.
Seminar content will include clear guide-posts and examples of curricula to support you in building your own style of teaching.
Experience new activities for group and partner learning in Lab meetings.
